Shipping
We ship mint stamp panes and booklets inside the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order. Most orders leave within 1–2 business days in a rigid mailer so panes stay flat.
- Standard: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days, available at checkout when offered
You receive tracking as soon as the parcel is scanned. If we cannot ship on time we will email you before the promised window.
Returns
Unopened mint panes in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start a return from your order email or the Contact page. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Opened panes, hinged stamps, and used material cannot be returned.
